Coming together from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of professionals is the backbone of The Infinity Puzzle Project. Their ideas help shape the direction and mission of our organization as it continues to develop. Read on to learn more about some of our incredible team members.

Krissy Harmon

President

Krissy is a former Instructor of Radiology who left her job to care for her severely autistic son. She and her husband of 16 years help other parents of special needs children advocate for their needs by simply sharing their experiences. The family has a deep passion for making progress in helping the special needs community.

Clessie Akhtar

Vice President

Clessie has been working as a caretaker for autistic individuals for five years. When she sees a need that needs to be met, she begins brainstorming. Clessie loves to help a child realize their potential through love and compassion. She has also had applied behavioral analysis training to contour her abilities to work with individuals more effectively.

Lindsey Phillips

Board Member

Lindsey is about to graduate with her degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also has a background in Pharmaceuticals. Her passion is helping others.

Shelby Dunagan

Board Member

Shelby Dunagan MS, BCBA, LBA has been working in the ABA community for 8 years. She received her Bachelors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She received her Masters from Jacksonville State University and is currently pursuing her doctorate.

Shelby enjoys working with all ages helping them meet functional goals.

Andrea Neff

Board Member

Andrea graduated from Jacksonville State University with her Bachelor's degree in Special Education.

She is currently the lead educator in her field.
